Open a free store first, then post your item. Tap Sell in the top bar, fill in the title, category, price and location, and add photos — listings with several clear photos sell noticeably faster. Your listing goes live either straight away or after a quick review, depending on how this marketplace is configured.
Posting a listing is free. The only thing you can pay for is promoting a listing so it sits at the top of browse and search results, and that is always optional.
Open the listing and tap Chat. That starts a conversation attached to that item, so you both know what you are talking about. Keep the conversation on the site — if something goes wrong, a conversation here can be reviewed, and one on another app cannot.
Meet in a public place during the day, inspect the item before paying, and never send money in advance to somebody you have not met. Be wary of a price far below everything else, of pressure to hurry, and of anyone who wants to move the conversation to another app straight away. If something feels wrong, use the Report button on the listing.
Every listing has a Report link near the bottom, and every store has one in the menu beside the Follow button. Choose a reason, add anything useful, and send it. Reports are reviewed by our team and nothing is shared with the person you reported.
Open your dashboard, go to Verification, choose the kind of document you are sending and upload one clear photo or scan. Documents are stored privately and only seen by the review team. Once approved, the verified badge appears on your storefront and on all of your listings.
